Restaurant Staff
Sushi Chef position available with new upmarket Japanese Restaurant opening in Sandton. Applicants must have 4 or more years’ experience as a sushi chef. Experience in a high end environment / Hotel or Japanese Restaurant / kitchen required. Must have very strong knife skills and must be skilled in preparing all types of sushi. The suitable candidate will also have general cooking experience. Looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and eye for detail. Applications must be well-groomed.
