Restaurant Staff
Established Restaurant in Sandton is looking for a Stock controller. Applicants must have 4+ years relevant Restaurant stock control experience. Will be responsible for all stock management, receiving and ordering. Must has knowledge of how a Restaurant kitchen / storeroom works with regards to stock intake and issuing. Main duties will include stock quality control, stock rotation as well as stock waste management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to capture stock on the point-of-sale system, so must be computer literate.. Candidates must be self-motivated, ambitious and with good analytical skills. Will also consider Chefs & Restaurant managers with stock control experience. Candidates outside hospitality industry will not be considered. Salary R 13 – 16 K net (After deductions) per month.
