Restaurant Staff
Modern Italian restaurant located in Bryanston area is looking for a manager specializing in kitchen management. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a kitchen management role, with a strong background in a la carte restaurant environment. The ability to effectively coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation is essential. Key responsibilities will include stock management, variances, and stock reporting. The successful applicant must possess excellent staff management skills and must be capable of leading a kitchen brigade. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in food cost, kitchen hygiene, and kitchen administration. The restaurant is seeking a candidate with a hands-on management style and the ability to multitask. Applicants must be well-groomed and well-spoken, will be expected to be on the Restaurant floor from time to time. Experience in opening & closing procedures required.
