Restaurant Staff
Very busy Restaurant in Cradlestone Mall is looking for a senior front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 6+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & system controls essential. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone that can lead a team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 14 – 16 K net.
