Very busy Restaurant in West Rand area is looking for a senior front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 6+ years relevant management experience will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration essential. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone that can lead a team and who can work under pressure.
