Leading trendy Restaurant in the Krugersdorp / Cradlestone area is looking for a junior front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with strong knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 2+ years management experience in a sit down Restaurant will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant floor. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups needed. Duties will include waiter management, stock control, opening & closing procedures.
