Restaurant Staff
Catering Unit Manager position available with quick service catering unit in Bedfordview. Looking for candidates with 4+ years management experience in unit catering or sit-down restaurants. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, opening and closing procedures. Good communication skills essential, must be able to work alone and take responsibility for day-to-day tasks. Applicants must have a hands-on management style and must be able to work under pressure. Strong organizing and time management skills required. Will report to the owner directly.
