Restaurant Staff
Area Manager required for a fast food restaurant group operating multiple outlets in South Africa mainly Gauteng. The head office is based in Bedfordview so looking for candidates who live in the Jhb area. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in head office or multi-store / senior management. The role demands a proactive individual who will participate in store operations and support management with everyday tasks. Main duties will include shop reporting, quality control and training staff / franchisees on standard company operating procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong management approach and possess comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, leading and managing store operators while reporting directly to the company directors. Corporate working hours 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work when required. Travel within Gauteng and to other provinces will be required, must have own car with valid driving license.
