Restaurant Staff
A vacancy for an Area Operations Manager has arisen within a Restaurant group in Johannesburg, with its head office located in Johannesburg East. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 4 years of management experience in a multi-store and franchise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing franchise support and maximizing store potential. The primary duties of the role include maintaining brand standards, service levels, development, and training. Additionally, candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing. Applicants must be proficient in monitoring all restaurant KPIs on a weekly basis, implementing action steps when necessary, and ensuring that accounting department requests are resolved and communicated promptly. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on management style and a strong passion for the Restaurant industry. Candidates without multi-store experience will not be considered.
