Sushi Chef position available with upmarket Restaurant in Bedfordview. Applicants must have 5 or more years’ experience as a sushi chef. Experience in a high-end environment Hotel or Restaurant required. Must have strong knife skills and must be skilled in preparing all types of sushi. The suitable candidate will also have general cooking experience. Looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and eye for detail. Applications must be well-groomed. Salary 10 – 13 K net.
