New Restaurant opening in Ballito KZN is currently seeking a senior General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of Restaurant management experience, with at least 5 years in a GM role. Strong operations management skills are required, as the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must present themselves in a professional manner, with excellent communication skills. We are looking for a hardworking team leader who thrives under pressure, with experience in a busy high end Restaurant environment being essential. Candidates must be proficient in staff management & training, stock control, Restaurant administration, and opening & closing procedures. Preference will be given to candidates with a long working history at previous employers, and all references must be contactable. The successful candidate must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed, with strong customer relations skills and a hands-on management style. Long working history with previous employers and good references a must. Hours are Tuesday to Sunday 11am – 10pm, will not consider clock watchers. Will consider candidates who want to relocate (at their own cost) but prefer someone who is local to Ballito area.
