A franchise restaurant in Midrand is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Restaurant Manager with a minimum of four years of sit-down dining experience, ideally within a franchise environment. The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive front- and back-of-house operations, including daily administration, inventory management, and opening and closing procedures. Exceptional leadership skills are required to train and manage staff effectively, alongside the ability to maintain composure and efficiency under high-pressure conditions.
