The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, be well-spoken, and exhibit outstanding customer relations skills while confidently managing the floor and bar operations under pressure. Core daily responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory control, and executing standard opening and closing procedures during late-night shifts.
