Restaurant Staff
A premium casual dining Restaurant opening in Bryanston is looking for a talented General Restaurant Manager to take the reins of our daily operations. We need a seasoned leader with at least 8 years of restaurant management experience, including a solid 5 years running the show as a GM or senior manager. You should be articulate, fluent in English, and have a steady, proven work history with great references to back it up. In this role, you will look after both the front and back of house, which means handling everything from staff training and inventory to administration and daily opening and closing routines. If you are a passionate, driven leader who stays calm under pressure, excels at customer relations, and knows how to inspire a team, we would love to have you on board. Salary R 30 – 40 K ctc.
