Restaurant Staff
A well-established bakery located in Edenvale is currently seeking a night shift Bakery Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years management experience, with a preference for experience in commercial and/or retail baking management. Candidates with experience in hospitality/ restaurant or foods wholesale management will also be considered. The primary responsibilities of the role will include quality control, quantity control, logistics management, stock control, and general administration. The ability to think quickly and work within strict guidelines is essential. Strong staff management & training skills are also required.
