Upmarket Venue / Bar opening in Bedfordview is looking for a Bar manager. Candidates with 8+ years bar management experience will be considered. Must have strong all-round management skills with the ability to manage a complete Bar operation. Applicants must be well spoken with very good communications skills. Strong knowledge of liquor cost and liquor stock management essential. Must be skilled in bar cash up reconciliation, customer relations, bar opening & closing procedures. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who is well groomed and who can work under pressure.
