Restaurant Staff
Junior kitchen / back of house manager position available for coffee shop in Randburg. Looking for individuals with 2+ years relevant kitchen management / chef experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to manage a small kitchen operation. Main duties will include stock management, variances, and stock control. Applicants must be skilled in staff supervision and must be able to organize a kitchen team. The suitable candidate will have experience in food cost, kitchen hygiene and kitchen administration. Looking for someone with a hands-on management style and the ability to multi-task. Day time hours only. – no evenings.
