A Coffee Shop / Restaurant in Erasmuskloof Pretoria east is seeking a Restaurant Manager. Candidates with over 5 years of experience in restaurant management will be considered. It is essential to have the ability to manage and train staff. Strong customer relations skills are crucial. Experience in front of house and general kitchen management is required. Only well-spoken and well-groomed candidates will be considered. The main responsibilities include stock control, general management, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. Candidates should be ambitious and hardworking. Applicants must be capable of working independently and be able to lead a team. The salary ranges from R 12 – 15 K gross per month.
