Commis Chef position available for upmarket Restaurant in Groenkloof. Looking for individuals with 2+ years relevant chef/kitchen management experience. Experience with al a carte essential. Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation and general kitchen management. Knowledge of stock control and kitchen health & safety very important. Only serious ambitious candidates will be considered. Must be hard working and willing to learn. Formal qualification would be beneficial. Salary R 7 – 9 K gross.
