Production Bakery in the Sandton area is looking for a dedicated Quality & Stock Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and overseeing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. They will coordinate with suppliers to monitor delivery schedules, manage stock rotation to minimize waste, and keep accurate records of inventory and quality checks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in food quality control, stock management, and record-keeping.
