To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 5+ years of professional grilling experience in a high-volume hospitality environment, with a proven track record of consistently preparing meats, burgers, and signature cafe dishes to precise temperatures while taking full responsibility for the stock control and inventory management of the grill section. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional knowledge of food safety regulations, handles high-pressure service rushes with composure, and takes immense pride in minimizing food waste and maintaining a spotless, organized station.
