Coffee Shop Restaurant in Bruma is seeking a junior Manager. Candidates with three years or more years of experience in restaurant management will be considered. Essential skills include the ability to manage and train staff, as well as strong customer relations. Experience in front-of-house operations and general kitchen management is required. We are looking for candidates who are articulate and well-presented. Key responsibilities will involve stock control, overall management, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. Ambition and a strong work ethic are essential, and applicants should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
