Pizza / Pasta Restaurant in Bedfordview is looking for a Kitchen Manager. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant kitchen management experience. This is a management and not a cooking roll. Main duties will include stock management, variances, staff management, and stock reporting. Applicants must be well organized with experience on a point of sale system. The suitable candidate will have experience in food cost, kitchen hygiene and administration. Looking for someone with a hands-on management style and the ability to multi-task.
