Restaurant Staff
An established, high-end modern restaurant and bar group opening a new location in the Lynnwood area is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and driven General Manager to lead their team. To qualify for this role, applicants must be well-spoken and fluent in Afrikaans & English, possess a loyal working history with excellent references, and bring at least 8 years of restaurant management experience, including 5 or more years as a senior manager or GM. The successful candidate will oversee both front and back-of-house operations, managing staff recruitment and training, stock control, opening and closing procedures, and general restaurant administration. Ultimately, this position requires a resilient leader with strong customer relations skills who thrives under pressure, possesses a deep understanding of standard restaurant operating procedures, and is motivated to drive the new venue’s success.
