An established restaurant in Sandton is looking for a passionate, hardworking General Restaurant Manager to lead their team and run both the front and back of house. If you have more than 8 years of restaurant management experience—including at least 5 years as a senior manager or GM—and a loyal work history with great references, we want to hear from you. You should be well-spoken, fluent in English, and ready to handle everything from staff training and stock management to daily administration and opening/closing procedures.
