An established restaurant in Boksburg is seeking a hands-on, multitasking Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef with a minimum of 4 years of experience in à la carte dining and kitchen management. This role requires a passionate individual with exceptional cooking skills who can create and introduce new dishes while successfully leading a kitchen brigade. Key responsibilities include overseeing busy daily operations, staff leadership, and managing administrative duties such as food costing, stock control, variances, reporting, and kitchen hygiene.
