An established high-end restaurant in Groenkloof seeks an organized, hands-on senior Kitchen Manager with over six years of relevant experience to oversee kitchen operations in a non-cooking, administrative capacity. The successful candidate will manage stock, control variances, generate financial reports, and lead kitchen staff while maintaining strict food cost and hygiene standards.
