Restaurant Staff
A busy restaurant group with locations in Johannesburg North and East is seeking a Senior Kitchen Manager to oversee operations across both stores.
This is a purely management role (non-cooking) focused on high-level oversight. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized multi-tasker with a hands-on approach to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock Control: Full management of stock, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Financials: Maintaining and optimizing food costs.
• Team Leadership: Staff management and ongoing training.
• Compliance: Ensuring strict kitchen hygiene and administrative standards.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant kitchen management experience.
• Proficiency in POS systems and kitchen administration.
• Ability to commute between the North and East Rand locations.
