Retail Bakery in the Sandton area is looking for a senior Pastry Chef. Applicants must have 5 or more years’ baking experience in a retail / wholesale environment. Must have solid experience in creating a wide variety of breads, desserts, and pastries. Suitable applicants will also have the ability to manage stock and maintain quality control. Applicants must be well spoken, have good organizing skills and must be able to work unsupervised. Must have experience in a high volume setting. Salary R 15 – 25 K depending on experience.
