A modern family restaurant in Fourways is seeking an experienced senior manager to join the team. Seeking a candidate with strong general management skills and experience managing both front and back of house operations. The ideal applicant will have excellent staff management and training abilities, with over 6 years of experience in a sit-down restaurant setting. Responsibilities include handling opening and closing procedures, stock control, and restaurant administration. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking individual who thrives under pressure and demonstrates effective team leadership. Must have experience working in a large Restaurant and management team.
