Restaurant / Bakery in the Bedfordview area is looking for night shift Pastry Chef & Baker. Looking for an individual with a formal diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts. Applicants must have 5 years+ experience in pastry, in a Bakery or Restaurant environment. Must have solid experience in creating many different types of pastries and desserts and must be able to bake bread. Suitable applicants will also have good general food preparations skills. Main duties will be creating pastries, desserts and breads. Hours are 23h00 to 08h00 Six days a week, Salary R 6000 – 7000 K nett.
