Upmarket Restaurant in Sandton is looking for a Pastry Chef. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts beneficial. Applicants must have 4 years + experience as a pastry chef, preferably in a Restaurant environment. Must have extensive experience in creating various pastries and desserts. Must be creative and passionate about food. Must have experience in baking various types of breads. Ability to create and follow recipes essential Must be able to work under extreme pressure in an a la carte food service environment. Salary R 9000 – 14000 K CTC.
