Upmarket Restaurant in Sandton is looking for a Pastry Chef. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts beneficial. Applicants must have 4 years + experience as a pastry chef. Must be very strong in following recipes and meeting set quality standards . Must be hardworking and able to meet deadlines. Must have experience in creating cakes, deserts and breads. Must be able to work under extreme pressure in an a la carte food service environment. Looking for someone with a strong personality.
