Kitchen Coordinator / Manager position available with foods retail supermarket in Randpark Ridge. Applicants must have 4 or more years’ kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Main duties will include stock control, stock ordering, variances, food costing, quality control, staff management and general kitchen administration. Experience in a retail foods environment preferred. Looking for someone with a passion for food and who can efficiently run a busy hot foods kitchen.
