Upmarket fine dining Restaurant in the Fourways area is looking for an demi Pastry Chef. Formal Diploma or certificate in pastry or professional cookery / culinary arts preferred. Applicants must have 2 years + experience in pastry, preferably in a Restaurant environment. Must have experience in creating pastries and desserts. Must be creative and passionate about food. Ability to create and follow recipes essential. Looking for someone with excellent plating abilities. Must be able to work under extreme pressure in an a la carte food service environment.
