Restaurant Staff
Grill Chef position available with new upmarket Japanese Restaurant opening in Sandton Johannesburg. Applicants must have 4 or more years’ experience as a grill sushi chef. Experience in a high-end environment / Hotel or Japanese Restaurant / kitchen required. Must have very strong knife skills and must be skilled in preparing all types of sushi. The suitable candidate will also have general cooking experience. Looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and eye for detail. Applications must be well-groomed. Will also consider junior candidates with a formal qualification and some experience in sushi. Salary 10 – 20 K net. Accommodation included for candidates who are relocating.
