Restaurant Staff
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven senior Restaurant General Manager for an established modern Restaurant based in Sandton. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of senior restaurant management experience, supported by a stable professional work history and excellent references. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive restaurant administration, opening and closing procedures, stock control, and staff management & training. The successful applicant must be exceptionally well-spoken, fluent in English, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities alongside outstanding customer relations skills.
